Our June Flavor of the Month is inspired by the long awaited summer where fresh fruits are in abundance; The Ripe Galia Melon. With its’ signature sweet and spicy flavour, containing hints of watermelon, honeydew and pear, it has a tropical and perfumed aromatic; Galia tastes like the Queen of Melons.  It can be used in both sweet and savory applications.  Galia melons pair well with ginger, seafood, mint, garlic, chili and honey which makes it the perfect summer flavor for marinades, dressings, sauces, spice rubs, beverages and desserts.
