Stout Beer

Our March Flavor of the Month is inspired by St. Patrick’s Day, Stout Beer Flavor!  A unique combination of coffee, roasted malts and hops delivers a full body smooth flavor, with a subtle hint of bitterness to round it off.  Because there are different styles of stout, ranging from dry to sweet, with hints of coffee, chocolate, plum and current, we can customize the flavor to suit your specific application.  This is a great cost effective alternative to adding the unique flavor of stout without the inclusion of alcohol to your products.  Stout Beer Flavor is a great addition for your marinades, seasonings, soups and gravies to give it a hint of authentic dark beer.
