Cucumber Mojito

Our August flavor of the month is a nostalgic flavor with a modern twist, Cucumber Mojito.

You couldn’t get more refreshing than a Mojito…..until you add cucumber. It lends some marvelously complimentary freshness to an already amazing flavor.  The refreshing taste of cucumber, lime and mint delivers a very clean and balanced flavor. It can have many applications, from ready to drink beverages, alcoholic drinks or teas to bakery, yogurts, ice cream, confection and even marinades or seasonings.  Transform the flavor by adding citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons or by adding berries to create a sweeter profile.
