Flavor of the Month – April
With Spring in the air, maple tapping upon us and the barbecue season approaching we want to showcase one of the great flavor combinations of the season, Maple Mesquite. The sweet and smoky blend of maple syrup and the smoke aromatic of an open fire gives the best of both worlds. It takes us back to nature and reminds us of the comfort of food cooked outdoors over an open flame. You can use this flavor in any type of seasoning, vegetarian dishes, potato chips amongst other snack coatings, spreads, side dishes and unique desserts. Create something special by adding a whiskey note, or change the flavor to something more complex by adding a hint of peach, whatever you choose we promise it will be delightful.
